Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A lot of families will be spending the holidays at the Ronald McDonald House, while their children are in the hospital.

A local businessman wants to make Las Vegas a better place to live while they're there.

Shylo Taylor lives in Bullhead City, Ariz. but has called the Ronald McDonald House his home for the past five months.

Her son, John, has lived in the neo-natal intensive car unit his entire life.

But local business owner Jim Dunn wants these families to have something to look forward to this Christmas.

He manages more than 100 condos at Signature at MGM and has offered them up. Dunn has invited the families to stay for two nights at Signature and he's invited them to Christmas brunch as well.

He has invited as many families as Ronald McDonald House sends his way.
