Mint 400 off-road race kicks off with parade on Strip

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The 2013 General Tire Mint 400, presented by Polaris, is about to get underway and for the first time, it will feature a vehicle parade on Las Vegas Boulevard.
Drivers and crews from 14 countries will be participating in the race. A complete schedule of events and more information can be found here.
Matt Martelli appeared on Action News at Midday to talk about the parade and race.
The 4 Wheel Parts Mint 400 Off-Road Vehicle Parade will begin at 3:15 p.m. March 20 at Circus Circus. It will make its way three miles south to Mandalay Bay.
