Men arrested for stealing copper wiring from park light posts

HENDERSON, NV (KTNV)-- A valley crime trend continues, this time in Henderson. Police there arrested two men accused of stealing copper wiring.

Brent Martin and Devin Mann are at the Henderson Detention Center facing felony theft charges. Police say they picked the two men up Sunday morning at a Henderson park near Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson.

The men claimed to be on a bike ride, but police say they found bundles of wiring and tools in their car. People who walk in the park are relieved police made an arrest. The two men are also charged with possession of burglary tools and conspiracy to commit theft.
