
The Nevada Supreme Court is holding a public hearing on the foreclosure mediation program.
The Nevada Supreme Court may change the program's rules. The court will consider recommendations to extend timelines for mediations and require legal representatives for homeowners.
Chief Justice Ron Parraguirre says officials expected that they would have to amend the rules of the 8 month old program.
The public hearing takes place in Carson City but is being video conferenced at the Regional Justice Center.
