Bishop Gorman proved its dominance at Sam Boyd Stadium to win the Nevada 4A state championship over Del Sol, 62-21. The Gaels also won the state title in 2007.

Bishop Gorman broke open a relatively close game in the second quarter, scoring four touchdowns to lead 45-8 at halftime.

The Gales (15-0) finished the season undefeated while Del Sol fell to 12-2.
