
LAS VEGAS- The state engineer and the Southern Nevada Water Authority are appealing the ruling that denied the flow of Lincoln County groundwater to Las Vegas.
A judge shot down state engineer Tracy Taylor's order to pump six billion gallons of groundwater a year from Cave, Delamar and Dry Lake Valleys.
Taylor and the water authority are appealing the decision to the Nevada supreme court.
