NHP is investigating a deadly accident on the I -15 Southbound at Tropicana. NHP says for some reason 33 year old Paul Presley walked into oncoming traffic just before 9:30pm Monday. No charges were filed against the driver who hit Presley.

The highway was shut down for hours while crews investigated the crash.
