The case is now closed on a murder that happened more than a year ago. Last September police found the body of 22 year old Helena Haley stuffed inside a trash can and now after 14 months of investigating this case homicide detectives have arrested Khalfani Howard in San Bernardino.

Howard is currently being held without bail in the San Bernardino County jail pending extradition to Clark County.
