A high school student says his teacher poured water over his head in class and the alleged misconduct doesn't stop there.
Michael Padilla, a 10th grader at Rancho High School, says the teacher poured water over his head after Padilla fell asleep in math class. "Enough to get on my pants and everything," says Padilla.
"What happened to the tap? What happened to 'hey wake up?' Not pouring water," says Madeline Padilla, Michael's mother. "The teacher thinks it's alright to do that to my son? Treat him like a dog? No."
After the incident, the boy claims the teacher visited him at home that afternoon to clear the air. Mom wasn't home at the time and says the teacher never called her or gave any prior notification of his house visit.
"You don't come to my house without calling me. I've got teenager girls here," says Madeline Padilla. "It probably would have been different if he would have called me."
She wants the teacher fired.
A school district spokesperson says the Ranch High School principal is aware of the allegations and has launched an internal investigation. What the investigation turns up however, wont be revealed publicly since it's a personnel issue.
Meanwhile, Michael has been moved to another math class.
