We now know how a third grade teacher from the Clark County School District died after she was found dead after a fire at her home. The Clark County Coroner says Michelle Perch died as a result of taking too much of the pain pill Hydrocodone.
The cause of death is listed as accidental. Perch leaves behind a classroom at Jo Mackey Elementary. A spokesperson with the school district says she's been teaching in the valley since 1990.
