Police arrested 47 - year - old Donna Washburne Sunday afternoon on charges of sexual misconduct with a student and commission of sexual act in public. Washburne is a library assistant at Cheyenne High School.

According to the arrest report, an officer on patrol found Washburne in the backseat of a car performing oral sex on a 17 - year - old boy in the parking lot of Cheyenne High School. The victim told police Washburne called him up and asked him if he wanted to make out with her. According to the report, the boy agreed so Washburne picked him up.

She drove to the parking lot of Cheyenne High School and both got into the back seat. Washburne told police she thought the victim was 18 - years - old, when in fact he was only 17 years old.

Action News went to Washburne's house Monday night. Her husband answered the door and did not want to comment.
