The fashion designer who was at the receiving end of Kiefer Sutherland's head-butt is accepting his apology.
That clears the way for the case against Sutherland to be dropped.
A spokeswoman for the Manhattan District Attorney's office isn't saying if that'll happen. But now that Sutherland and Jack McCollough say they have resolved their differences, a prosecutor could ask a judge to dismiss the case.
That could happen at Sutherland's next scheduled court appearance on June 22nd.
