Hands-on Workshop: The Art of Charcuterie
Learn how to make three types of handcrafted sausages—a regional specialty, a breakfast sausage, and a homemade hot dog using pork, beef, and chicken. Learn how to work with casings, the correct use of the meat grinder and stuffing tube, and the proper cooking method. Students will prepare their own sausages to take home. A snack and beverage will be provided during the class.
