Hands-on Cooking Workshop: Baking and Breaking Bread
Join our instructor, Chef Robert Kennedy, as he explains the fine art of baking yeast breads. Topics will include the 10 stages of production, types of yeast, the role of gluten, and how to troubleshoot the recipe. Students will prepare their own breads to take home, including pizza dough, cheddar cheese rolls, and challah. A snack and beverage will be provided during the class.
