SYMPHONY PARK LECTURE FOCUSES ON DOWNTOWN LIVING

  • Print
Description:

The next Symphony Park lecture - DOWNTOWN LIVING – explores the current state and future of urban living from the perspective of a variety of downtown dwellers. The discussion includes the shortcomings, challenges and benefits of living within the city; downtown real estate availability and pricing relative to the rest of the valley; upcoming and future residential projects; the evolution of downtown living opportunities over the past several years; and perspectives on both downtown high rise versus single-family living. The free public lecture kicks off with a wine reception hosted by Faiss Foley Warren (FFW) Public Relations from 5 to 6 p.m. A panel discussion from 6 to 7 p.m. follows and features a variety of downtown residents – both newcomers and long-timers; and both those living in high rises and nearby downtown single-family home neighborhoods.
