First Annual Salvation Army Culinary Challenge
Come and experience a live "Chopped" style challenge featuring 2 students from The Salvation Army's Culinary program and 2 from Le Cordon Bleu. Competitors will have to create an appetizer, entree and dessert using items in a surprise basket, all of which come from The Salvation Army Food Pantry. Each organization will be represented on the judging panel along with Dana Roselli, Las Vegas television personality. Advanced tickets are $25; tickets at the door are $30. All proceeds benefit The Salvation Army Food Pantry.
