National Teen Safe Driving Program

  • Print

Distracted driving has grown to be an issue throughout the country and it is important to educate drivers on the dangers and risks. The Boys and Girls Clubs of America are joining The UPS Foundation for their National Teen Safe Driving Program. Motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death for U.S. teens, so come out and join the effort to combat the issue of distracted driving. The UPS Road Code program is driving into Las Vegas for a free community event to talk about safe driving. This event takes place during the UN Global Safety Week and will be on Thursday, May 9 at the Andre Agassi Boys & Girls Club (800 N. Martin Luther King Blvd.), from 4:30pm-6:30pm.  Las Vegas teenagers are encouraged to join and take part in driving simulations, obstacle courses, and mroe!
