The first 100 Chihuahuas to arrive with their human owners will receive a voucher for a FREE spay or neuter at The Animal Foundation's Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic, sponsored in part by Land Rover Las Vegas and Second Chance Animal Rescue. Additional activities include a vendor fair and carnival, and discounted pet adoptions!
