During the month of February, The Animal Foundation is offering deep discounts on spay/neuter procedures for Pit Bulls and Chihuahuas. Local pet owners can spay or neuter their Pit Bull for $50 and their Chihuahua for $30 - an up to 64% discount on the Foundation's already low prices.
