Scale the iconic Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, Nevada and take steps to help end lung disease. The American Lung Association in Nevada (ALAN), Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield announce the fifth annual Scale the Strat, an extreme stair climb event and fundraiser at the world famous Stratosphere Tower, on Saturday, March 2, 2013. Participants will scale all 108 floors and 1,455 steps inside The Stratosphere Tower, the highest building west of the Mississippi River, to raise money for the American Lung Association in Nevada’s mission of preventing lung diseases and promoting lung health.
