Las Vegas families are invited to participate in a free community Harvest Festival scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Albertsons (6885 E. Lake Mead Blvd. at Hollywood). Fun and safe activities will include "trunk or treating," a classic car show, costume contest for kids 12 and under, music, entertainment, food,door prize drawings and games. This event is organized by the Sierra Sunrise Coalition with the cooperation of Albertsons, Classic Car Clubz, Grace Baptist Church, Las Vegas Metro Northeast Area Command, Sonitrol Security Systems,Hickey Elementary, Bailey Middle School and Sunrise Mountain High School.
