WHAT: ALS of Nevada, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and resources to patients suffering from Lou Gehrig’s Disease, their families and caregivers, announces its third annual Art Wreath Festival. The juried event features dozens of wreaths (both holiday- and non-holiday-themed) from local artists, designers and members of the general public. Proceeds from the sale of wreaths and tickets to the cocktail reception benefit ALS of Nevada. WHEN: Public display of wreaths: November 1-15, Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cocktail Reception: November 15, 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $50 online and $60 at-the-door and include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and an opportunity to purchase wreaths via silent auction.
