CSN Dedication of the JT3 Technology Lab
The College of Southern Nevada Foundation is pleased to invite the community to attend the dedication of the JT3 Technology Lab in the Morse Arberry Jr. Telecommunications Building, located on the CSN Cheyenne campus. JT3 is an electronics-based defense contractor and provides engineering and technical support to four of the western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech. In 2009, they created the JT3 Jump Start program, which allows CSN students with six courses to interview with the company for a job while in school. If hired, the students complete their Associate of Applied Science in Electronics degrees and JT3 covers the cost. Currently 40 students are enrolled in the program. Most recently, the company donated $50,000 to CSN’s School of Advanced and Applied Technologies.
