The Southern Nevada Immunization and Health Coalition (SNIHC) and its partners will sponsor back-to-school immunization clinics between August 18 and August 25 to help families meet Nevada’s immunization requirements, and prepare kids for the coming school year. The immunizations will be provided at no cost and on a first-come, first-served basis. Available immunizations protect against many communicable diseases including mumps, hepatitis A and B, and Varicella (chicken pox). In addition to immunizations, other health services including sports physicals, dental and vision screenings will be offered during all of the clinics except for August 24 at the Martin Luther King Family Health Center.
