14th Annual DANCE IN THE DESERT Festival
Description:
The event promotes dance awareness and healthy physical activity through encouraging local organizers to create dance happenings, such as flash mobs, that can be enjoyed by community members of all levels of experience. The 14th annual Festival this year brings together dance artists and companies from California, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Mexico with local ensembles. Organizers anticipate nearly 30 different dances to be presented by 17 separate companies. The event will take place Friday, July 21 at 7:00 pm and also on Saturday, July 28th at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
