Online ad rules
The government says online ads can be deceptive and unfair, so they've made some changes.
We've all seen a posting on Facebook or maybe a short tweet about a cool, life-changing product.
Now the Federal Trade Commission says it wants to make sure you know when you're looking at an advertisement. So they've released new guidelines on ad disclosures.
Among the requirements, the FTC says these postings must be clearly labeled as a paid endorsement or advertisement.
