Valentine's Day and divorce
Business is Sweet on Valentine's Day for at least one local Divorce Attorney.
Las Vegas family law attorney Brian Steinberg of Steinberg Law Group says there's a sharp increase in business surrounding divorce and prenuptial agreements in the days leading up to and after Valentine's Day.
A Yahoo! survey found that between the December holidays and Valentine's Day, people are more than twice as likely to consider breaking up than any other time of the year.
On the day after Valentine's Day last year, business at Steinberg Law spiked about 35 percent in connection with divorce and prenuptial agreements.
