New IRS social media platform
The Internal Revenue Service is extending its services when it comes to social media.
The IRS has added tax information to the micro-blogging platform, Tumblr. There you can now access helpful tax tips and information, like details on late tax law changes, the Earned Income Tax Credit and more.
As for other social media, the IRS is already on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
