Home prices on the rise
The value of your home is continuing to rise. Average home prices across the United States, and Las Vegas, are rebounding.
And in some areas they're reaching levels not seen since 2003. Experts say the Southwest region, including Las Vegas and Phoenix, are staging a very strong comeback.
Phoenix leads the country overall with the fastest price hike, up 22.8 percent in 12 months.
