Delta frequent flier changes
Delta announced it's changing its frequent flier rules. The airline is now adding a spending requirement.
The lowest level of its SkyMiles Medallion program will now require a flier to spend at least $2,500 a year on tickets.
The next level requires $5,000, and the next requires $7,500. The top level will require $12,500 in tickets.
The new requirements mean some fliers may get bumped down to a lower level. The change starts next year.
