2012 consumer satisfaction

The list is out for the U.S. companies with the worst customer service. It's all part of the 2012 American Consumer Satisfaction Index.

Making the top of the list with the worst rating is Bank of America. The index finds, customers are still moving from smaller banks in order to get more personalized service and fewer fees.

Next on the list is telephone company, CenturyLink, followed by Delta, US Airways and Twitter.

Rounding out the top ten for worst customer satisfaction are: American Airlines, Cox Communications, LinkedIn, Time Warner Cable and United Airlines.
