(KTNV) -- The following is a consumer alert involving the potential for a dangerous interaction between dozens of prescription drugs and grapefruit.
A new study says that grapefruit can trigger an overdose when combined with more than 85 drugs, including Lipitor and Prozac.
Half of the overdoses can result in adverse effects like kidney damage, blood clots and even death.
