Cyber attack to watch out for
Here's an important reminder on this Cyber Monday. Cyber threats are getting more sophisticated and harder to avoid. That's according to a new report out of Georgia Tech.
The Georgia Tech Information Security Center and the Georgia Tech Research Institute are sending out a warning about scams to watch out for in 2013.
Experts say cyber criminals are getting better at manipulating search engines, and the information you see when you do a search. Researchers also believe hackers will soon be manipulating your search history, in order to direct you to fake websites. And the threat is growing when it comes to smartphone use, with concerns of attacks to browser functions and digital wallet apps.
