GM recall
General Motors is recalling some Cadillac XTS Vehicles. The vehicles fail to comply with federal head restraint requirements.
The recall involves the 2013 model year. The rear seat head restraints may not lock in the upright position after being folded forward.
GM will notify owners, and dealers will replace the head restraints, free of charge. Owners is questions can call General Motors at (800) 458-8006.
