Hot toys disappearing
It's not even Halloween, but some popular holiday toys are already in short supply because of pre-orders and layaway.
CNN/Money reports, not long after Toys R Us released its list of the hottest toys for 2012, shoppers began putting them on layaway.
Some of the top toys on layaway for boys include the Power Wheels Dune Racer and Air Hogs remote control assault helicopter. For the girls, there are Monster High dolls and the Little People Disney Princess Palace. Popular electronics include the Leap Pad 2 Explorer tablet.
