Mr. Coffee recall
A Mr. Coffee Single Cup Brewer is being recalled. It turns out a build-up of steam in the water reservoir can force the brewing chamber open, shooting out hot coffee grounds and water.
There's been 164 complaints, some including burn injuries to the person's face, upper torso and hands. The coffee makers were sold a major retailers like Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowe's and Target.
