The Federal Trade Commission is suing DISH Network, claiming it illegally called millions of consumers.

The suit is in response to consumer complaints about multiple calls from the company's telemarketers. The FTC says they violated rules against calling anyone after they've asked to be placed on the company's do-not-call list.

That includes consumers who are not on the National Do Not Call Registry. To add your number to the Registry, you can call (888) 382-1222 from the phone you wish to register. And if your part of the registry and get a call from a telemarketer, you can file a complaint by calling (888) 382-1222.
