Labor Day travel
If you're planning to travel this coming Labor Day, you won't be alone. 33 million Americans plan to travel over the holiday weekend.
AAA says many plan to travel 50-miles or more despite rising gas prices. That's 2.9 percent more travelers than last year.
It's also the highest level of travel for Labor Day since the start of the recession in late 2007. And families getting away plan to spend an average of $749. That's up from $702 last year.
