Jacqui was also known for her political coverage in Colorado. During the 2012 election, she interviewed Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney and covered campaign stops from Vice Presidential Candidate Paul Ryan and First Lady Michelle Obama.
Originally from Boston, Jacqui spent most of her childhood in Maine before moving to Washington, D.C. to attend George Washington University. While studying at GWU's Elliott School of International Affairs, Jacqui worked as an intern for the United States Congress, MSNBC and WRC-TV, the local NBC affiliate.
When she's not working, Jacqui enjoys cooking and can most often be found in her kitchen working on new recipes. She spends her spare time reading political blogs and trying out new restaurants, and also enjoys hiking, camping and fishing with friends and family.
