Victoria Spilabotte joined the Action News team as a general assignment reporter in July 2012. She was promoted to the weekend anchor for Good Morning Las Vegas in July 2013.

A Los Angeles native, Victoria is thrilled to live in Las Vegas as it meets her two main criteria: Sunshine and plenty of news.

Victoria developed her skills and passion for journalism while attending the University of Southern California and interning at local news stations. The rigorous curriculum prepared her for her first job in television news, but Victoria did take a break to study abroad in Prague! She graduated with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and International Relations.
After graduating, Victoria began her television career at the NBC affiliate in Bakersfield, California, where she shot, wrote and edited her own stories as a video journalist. Victoria covered local stories that made national headlines including dangerous wildfires and teen suicide. She won the APTRA award for best breaking news coverage.
After trying her hand at multiple roles - video journalist, morning reporter and fill-in anchor, to name a few - Victoria decided it was time to take it to the next level in her career. What better place to do that than Las Vegas? Victoria looks forward to covering stories that matter to the Clark County community.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys exploring the city, visiting family, dining out and walking her rescue dog Milo.
