Police seek bank robbery suspect

Las Vegas Metro Police are seeking the public's help in nabbing a bank robbery suspect.

On March 15, 2010, at about 5:50 p.m., according to police, the suspect robbed a bank in the area of Fort Apache and Russell. The suspect, reportedly, approached the counter and handed a note demanding money to the teller. The teller complied and the suspect fled.

Also, according to officials, the suspect had a semiautomatic handgun in his waistband.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, 5'10", 170 lbs., short blond hair and clean shaven. He was also last seen wearing prescription glasses, a ball cap, a navy sport coat, a white shirt and blue jeans.
