You Ask. We Investigate. 
At Channel 13 Action News, we're working hard to make Southern Nevada a better, safer place for you to live, work, and raise your family. In order to do that, we need your help identifying the problems in this community. That's why we've started a new segment on Action News, called You Ask. We Investigate. You let us know what issues concern you, and we will do our best to investigate and help solve the problem. Getting in touch is simple. Just fill out our online form with as many details as possible. Then look for my You Ask. We Investigate reports on Channel 13 Action News Live @ 11pm and other newscasts. Together, we can work to make Southern Nevada a place we are all proud to call home.

Contact 13 Call For Action 
Tricia Kean heads the Contact 13 Call For Action unit.
If you have a consumer complaint or question call the Contact 13 Call For Action line at 702-368-2255, Monday through Friday between 11am and 1pm.
Our Call For Action volunteers will check out your story and, if appropriate, try and help. If no one is available to take your call, please call back. Sometimes the volunteers get very busy and cannot answer all the calls.
*Please do not try to send us an email about your consumer complaint. Our volunteers do not have email access and will not be able to respond to you. Please call the hotline number given above. Thank you. Please do not email Tricia with consumer complaints.
