A sickening story of one father's drive to have his daughter make weight. You won't believe the lengths police say he went to- a length of chain, according to the allegations. The young teen girl is an athlete, and a successful one. But when she changed weight class- her father literally clamped down.
She holds world records for youth power lifting. She was vicious in the mixed marital arts ring.
And her trainer Master Toddy says she has character. "She has a heart. If she wants to be a fighter, she can be," Master Toddy said.
It is apparently what her father, Robert Blue wanted for her. But now he's been booked on multiple counts of child abuse and one charge of false imprisonment, for chaining his daughter up in their Las Vegas home. According to a police report, she was kept shackled for three days this January- allowed out only to train, and eat small meals.

ut he caught her sneaking peas and corn- food she wasn't allowed to have. Police say that in his statement, Bob Blue said he was frustrated that the diet wasn't working for his daughter. So he took a chain that had been on his refrigerator, and put it on her instead. "Very sad. Very sad," said her former trainer, Master Toddy. He trains his own son, Dayel and says mixed martial arts does take discipline. But it also takes self direction.
"It's not a fact of this is what you have to do. It's more, he allows me to make my own choices," said Dayel Sitiwatjana.
"She needs to be more herself. More freedom. Because this is America," said Master Toddy.
The young teen girl is already taking her first steps in that direction. Police investigated what was going on when she pulled her chain to the computer in her bedroom, and emailed a friend for help.
Police say Blue also kicked the girl, hit her with a stick, and spanked her with a weight belt.
When asked why, according to reports, he told police that he was making decisions for her best interests. Besides, he said in the report, he didn't know it was wrong because the Government restrict people's movements all the time.
