A Clark County firefighter is in trouble again.
This is the second time in a month Sam Bond has been busted for stealing drugs.
His friends and colleagues begged him to get help, even the judge in this case gave him an ultimatum to find treatment.
But, the six year veteran firefighter did not take anyone's advice.
Instead, he risked everything to get morphine and valium at any cost according to police, even leaving his kids at home alone.
Sam Bond admits he has an addiction, one that started after a workman's comp injury.
A judge thought by putting Bond under house arrest and a monitoring bracelet, things might change.
Action News found out Bond was counseled through the department and entered a program.
But, it was not enough. Just this weekend, he was caught at a firehouse in Southern Highlands.
Police say he was stealing drugs again.
His colleagues say he is a good guy with a serious problem who needs help.
In total, Bond allegedly ripped off nine fire stations and three ambulances.
Sam Bond will be back in court Monday morning, where he is facing 22 felony counts.
