Family Mourns Loss Of 18 Year Old Hit At Flamingo & Arville

The family of a man hit and killed at Flamingo and Arville is talking about its loss.

For the second time in less than three months, a car driven by an alleged drunk driver hit and killed a pedestrian.

Matt Robb, just 18 years old and a student at Clark High School, was walking to the bus stop on his way to a Fourth of July celebration when he was hit by Megan Adkins.

Police say Adkins was under the influence when she hit Matt, then slammed into a power box and a palm tree.

Matt's family saw the accident but had no idea just how close to home it hit.  Adkins only suffered minor injuries.

Doctors treated her at UMC, but now she's in jail, charged with DUI causing death and vehicular manslaughter.
