Order blocks construction on mob museum in Downtown Las Vegas

A judge has issued a temporary order to block construction on the Mob Museum in Downtown Las Vegas pending a hearing Friday. The hearing deals with a lawsuit by a company that lost the bid on the project.

It's challenging the Las Vegas City Council's decision to give the $11.5 million contract to Apco Construction. Flagship construction claims Apco wasn't qualified and the city improperly passed over flagship bids.
