Bail has been reduced for the Garett Middle School teacher accused of possesion of child pornography.

Lawyers for Charles Richard Rogers says he has special medical needs and should be at home.

Bail on the 64 counts had been set at $192,000 but is now at $75,000.

If the bail is posted, he will be put on house arrest.
