Locos fall to Florida in second game
Florida quarterback Brooks Bollinger threw three touchdown passes and led the Tuskers to a 29-15 win at Sam Boyd Stadium over the Las Vegas Locos. While Bollinger was able to pick apart a Las Vegas defense with ample time, Locos quarterback J.P. Losman spent most of his evening running away from Florida defenders. The Tuskers finished with six sacks.

Locos win UFL debut over California Redwoods
With a training camp elsewhere and no preseason games, the United Football League entered its debut game with numerous unknowns. But the league delivered on its promise with quality play, as the Las Vegas Locomotives defeated the California Redwoods, 30-17, at Sam Boyd Stadium.

Team name released for Las Vegas' UFL team
Action Sports Director Doug Kezirian has confirmed with league sources that Las Vegas' UFL team finally has a name, it's the Las Vegas Locomotives. On Monday, we will see the new uniforms and the story behind the new name.
